Sausage and Cheese

  • 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)
  • Optional: garlic powder or Italian herbs, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
  2. Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the thawed sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry into rectangles large enough to wrap around one mini sausage and half a cheese stick.
  3. Assemble: Place one mini sausage and half a cheese stick at one end of each pastry rectangle. Optionally sprinkle some garlic powder or Italian herbs on top for extra flavor. Roll the pastry tightly but gently around the filling to seal it in.
