Frozen S’mores is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines creamy chocolate pudding, fluffy marshmallow cream cheese layer, and crunchy graham crackers into a refreshing frozen treat perfect for warm days or anytime indulgence.

Ingredients

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (thawed)

For the Marshmallow Layer:

  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (thawed)

Additional:

  • 12 graham cracker sheets (broken into squares)
  • Parchment paper (for lining)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Layer: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping to create a light, creamy texture. Evenly spread this chocolate pudding mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  2. Make the Marshmallow Layer: In a separate bowl, beat the marshmallow creme with softened cream cheese until smooth and well combined. Fold in the remaining whipped topping carefully to maintain the fluffy consistency. Spread this marshmallow layer evenly over the chocolate layer in the baking dish.
  3. Freeze: Place the layered mixture in the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm enough to cut.
  4. Assemble: Once frozen, remove from the freezer and cut the block into squares. Sandwich each frozen square between two graham cracker halves to form the classic s’mores shape. Serve immediately for the best texture or store the assembled s’mores in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Ensure the whipped topping is fully thawed before folding to achieve the right texture.
  • You can substitute regular milk with a dairy-free alternative if desired.
  • For easier removal, line the baking dish with extra parchment paper to lift the entire block out after freezing.
  • These frozen s’mores are best stored in an airtight container in the freezer to maintain freshness.
  • If desired, you can lightly toast the graham crackers before assembling for extra crunch.
